About the teacher
Andy Jiang
Andy is a senior at Westwood High School in Austin, Texas and is the President of Operations. For longer than he can remember, he has been passionate about math and coding and is currently a 5x AIME qualifier, USAJMO qualifier, 2x USAMO qualifier, USACO Platinum division participant, and the president of his school’s Mu Alpha Theta honor society. He has spent his past three summers attending Texas State University’s Honors Summer Math Camp, where he has conducted research on knot theory and secure data compression. He hopes that his time at Kid Teach Kid allows him to share his passion in math and coding with others. In his free time, Andy enjoys playing tennis, playing ultimate, watching comedy sketches, and driving around the city.
